The animation was inspired by retro gaming, with a Tetris-like aesthetic to represent the theme of building and teamwork. Each video featured its own distinct animation style, yet they all shared a consistent design language that tied back to FireArc’s brand. In addition to the three main videos, I created two break-time videos that featured a 3D cube animation with the FireArc and Kickoff logos, as well as a countdown timer to signal the length of the break. These elements enhanced the event's overall branding, contributing to a unified visual identity.

Before storyboarding, we had a meeting with the HR team to follow event guidelines, ensuring that everything we produced aligned with FireArc’s vision for the event. This meeting helped us define what could and couldn’t be done creatively. For the videos, I designed storyboards that highlighted the core message of each phrase, ensuring the visuals transitioned smoothly between the videos. The beginning and end of each animation featured the FireArc logo, allowing the videos to be played in sequence as a continuous loop during the event.

The overall theme of the event was inspired by Tetris, emphasizing teamwork and the idea that when all the pieces fit together, we can build anything. I worked closely with our brand designer to ensure the animations and messaging aligned with this vision. We brainstormed phrases that captured the spirit of the event, settling on “Press Play to Success,” “Level Up,” and “High Score Champions.”
